Lee & Associates Negotiate Lease Expansion and Extension on 445,695 Square Foot Space

Dallas, TX — 1/2/18 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a lease extension and expansion transaction for a 445,695 square foot industrial space located at 777 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX.

Ken Wesson and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, GLP and the tenant, GS 777 Freeport Pkwy, LLC C/o C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., was represented by Bob Gibson of CBRE.  Wesson said, “We are grateful to have the opportunity to continue meeting the expansion needs of this very important client.”
